A Private Space for Your Recovery
Sessions happen inside a dedicated treatment room in my home, seven floors up, spacious, quiet, and built for alignment and recovery work. No gym floor, no machines, no waiting for equipment.

- Where we train -
This is a home, not a clinic
You’ll come to my home, into a treatment room set up for alignment and recovery work. It’s spacious, it’s quiet, and it’s seven floors up with a view that starts the wind-down before we’ve even begun. There’s no gym floor here, and for the work we do, there doesn’t need to be.
Alignment and recovery exercises rely on space, attention, and the right cues, not racks of machines. What little equipment we use fits in a corner. The rest is you, me, and the floor between us.

- Our method -
Six ideas that shape every session
01. Education
You leave understanding why
Every exercise comes with the reasoning behind it, so you can recognise good movement long after the session ends.
02. Empowerment
Your body, in your control
The goal is independence, a set of tools you can call on yourself, not a dependency on the next appointment.
03. Elite recovery
Recovery as a discipline
Precise, attentive recovery work drawn from clinical practice, not stretching as an afterthought.
04. Sedentary - lifestyle training
Built for desk-bound days
Programming designed around long hours sitting in traffic, at a desk and what that does to alignment over time.
05. Holistic fitness
Strength, mobility, and rest
Fitness measured across movement quality and recovery, not just what a machine can load.
06. Futuristic
Minimal setup, full result
Proof that a mat, a view, and a well-designed session outperform a room full of machines you rarely need.
- Real people, real change -
Hear it from them, in their own words
Short stories from clients who came for one thing and stayed for the change.
