WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?

The following tools are required for the course:

  • MFR ball

  • Hard medicine ball

  • A pair of light dumbbells

  • A cable pulley machine OR resistance bands as replacement

CAN I COMPLETE THE COURSE FROM HOME?

The vast majority of the course content can be practiced from home with minimal required equipment.

HOW MUCH TIME IS NEEDED?

The course is designed so you can spend as much or as little time as fitting your individual needs best. We recommend a minimum of 1 hour per week, but if you prefer 10 hours or another amount, this is also possible. You won’t miss any content if there are weeks, where you are unable to access.

You are granted lifetime access, so you can do the program at your own pace and rewatch all content as much as needed.
